We’re looking for 20 women who want to become faster, stronger and leaner over a 8 week period.
This 8 week programme will provide you with the tools become a faster, leaner and more confident runner. Perfect for those who want to improve speed, perfect their nutrition and smash plenty of summer PB’s.
The programme will finish at the start of May, which is ideal timing to chase a new PB in Spring for a parkrun, the Rocket 5K or Chicks and Chaps Chase series.
