Running Training Plans

Have you signed up for a race with no idea where to start with your training?

Or already a keen runner but want to increase speed or work up to a higher distance?

Well, you’re in the right place!

Here at Clean Coach Katie, we offer bespoke training plans to see you all the way from the beginning of your plan through to the finish line. We offer two types of training; a training plan or online coaching.

Online coaching is via an online platform. Your plan will be uploaded here and both athlete and coach can access it. You can leave feedback after each run and link your Garmin Connect or TomTom account to upload data which will help your coach analyse runs for future sessions. The plan will be tailored to your goals and lifestyle to ensure it works best for you. There is also a supporting app so you can easily access your plan on your phone. The plan is to support you on your training journey, acts as a training log and the continual advice will help you to achieve your goals and the most from your running.

As part of the plan, you will receive weekly updates and feedback on your training and any necessary updates will be made to your plan. This will help keep you accountable and more likely to keep to the structure and help you achieve your goal.

8 weeks – £100

12 weeks – £125
