Here at Clean Coach Katie, we can offer bespoke training plans to see you all the way from the beginning of your plan through to the finish line. With your own, 12, 16 or 20 week plan, you will have a structured weekly schedule to follow including a break down of your weekly runs and other complimentary training. This will help to increase your overall fitness, prevent injury and be in the best shape possible ready for Race Day.

Nutritional advice and complimentary plans can also be part of your plan if required giving you the valuable support around the foods to fuel you pre and post runs, and a meal plan to achieve your full potential from training.
