Race Ready Programme
Our new programme is starting on Monday 19th April which will help you to increase your speed and confidence over the 5km distance again, ready for races on the horizon and for the return of parkrun.
This 7 week programme will provide you with the tools become a faster, stronger and more confident runner. Perfect for those who want to improve speed, perfect their nutrition and work towards plenty of summer PB’s.
The programme will finish at the start of June, which is ideal timing to chase a new PB or gain some speed again in time for parkrun.
With the Race Ready programme you will receive:
A 7 week online group running training programme which you complete on your own to fit in with work, family and your lifestyle but with the support and guidance from Katie and the whole group. This means anyone in the UK can take part and is not limited due to location.
Access to weekly online core classes at 6.30pm every Wednesday and opportunity to replay on catch up if this time does not suit.
Nutrition and recipe guide to enhance training and fuel workouts correctly.
An online support network to motivate, inspire and encourage you throughout the process.
Stretching and foam rolling guide.
Constant support to achieve a better version of you as a runner!
All of this for only £75.
We’ve run this programme before (The SFF Programme) and have had great successes and results.
