This plan is for runners wanting to improve their half marathon time. Become a stronger, fitter and faster runner.
The plan is 10 weeks in length and you will be completing 3 – 4 runs per week. Aimed at people who regularly run 2 – 4 times a week already and are aiming for a finish time of 2.10 – 2.45.
Sessions are planned out for you and structured to get the most from your training with descriptions of the variety of runs to complete.
