This plan is for runners wanting to improve their 10km time. Become a stronger, fitter and faster runner.
The plan is 8 weeks in length and you will be completing 5 – 6 runs per week. Aimed at people who regularly running this often already and have been running for a few years.
Sessions are planned out for you and structured to get the most from your training with descriptions of the variety of runs to complete. You will be completing intervals, tempo runs, long runs and easy runs to reach your goal.
