I’ve always had an active background after playing netball from a young age and following my dreams of studying Sports Science at Brunel University.
I moved back home to Milton Keynes after I finished my degree and felt a little lost. I needed a new hobby and new direction. After a bit of research, in less than an hour I’d signed up for my first half marathon and had purchased a new pair of runners.
I went on to complete a full Marathon back in 2014 and to this day have not stopped running. I went on to complete the 2017 London Marathon, achieving a new PB of 3 hours and 44 minutes and qualifying for next years race through Good For Age.
Through my love of running, I have transformed my life, by understanding my nutrition, how to fuel my body and building up strength in the gym to compliment my training.
After using exercise and nutrition to improve my life, I now want to be able to help others in the same way it has helped me.
I’ve spent years gaining knowledge and continually learning on my own personal journey through various exercise environments. I can’t wait to share this with you all and help you follow your own health & fitness related goals.
