The 30 Day Challenge is a clean eating plan which has been devised around the basis of tasty recipes which are simple and quick to make. The plan will give you the tools to adapt and change your nutrition for the better, advise you on the foods which will help to fuel your body and contain a workout plan to suit you!

On sign up to the 30 Day Challenge you will receive:

  • A 30 Day Meal Planner with Weekly Shopping Lists
  • An Easy to Follow Guide with Recipes
  • Workout Guide to Complete at Home
  • Access to the Online Community Group to offer Support, Motivation, Inspiration and Advice

All of the above will cost you only £39! Working out at just over £1 a day.
